QA Manager (QA Project Lead) is especially key to how well a project operates as they formulate the data pipeline and watch over it as production proceeds. The QA Project Lead is responsible for measuring project quality and progress (People, Processes, and Products). The key activities are Issue Management, Planning, Organizing, Directing, Monitoring and Coaching. Developing strong communication with project managers, project lead and external QA counterparts is required.
