BioWare’s Customer Service Dream Team...

...are finalists in the 2001 E Awards for Alberta’s most enterprising employees in the category of Customer Service (External). This is a real honor for BioWare, and kudos to the staff, who all went that extra mile to help out our fans! Congratulations guys on being nominated!

The nominees from BioWare are Derek French, who is the Assistant Producer on our upcoming online roleplaying game, Neverwinter Nights. Andrew Nobbs who is a Designer here at BioWare and worked on almost all of our games including, the first release from BioWare, Shattered Steel, the award-winning games Baldur’s Gate, Tales of the Sword Coast, Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows, the expansion pack Baldur’s Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and currently on Neverwinter Nights. Dave McGruther our Client Care Specialist, who handles inquiries and questions from our fans concerning our games. Dave Gaider, BioWare’s Senior Designer, who has worked on Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn, the expansion pack Baldur’s Gate II: Throne of Bhaal, and is currently working on Neverwinter Nights and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Finally (and definitely not least) Nathan Plewes, who is the Line Producer on Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, and worked on past projects Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur’s Gate II: Throne of Bhaal.

Last year’s winner was Teresa Koka from Demong Associate Eyecentre, whose generosity and kindness was acknowledged with an E Award for customer service. Alberta Venture magazine will host a gala on January 24, 2002, where the winners will be announced.
