BioWare at Fragapalooza 2002 By Teresa July 25, 2002 This year's Fragapalooza was a big hit! BioWare was invited to attend, and do a bit of demoing for the fine folks attending the show. We set up some workstations, a la E3 style, which was 6 machines for players, and one for a Dungeon Master. We scheduled 3 play sessions for Friday, and on Saturday the playing continued throughout the day!! That's how much fun everyone was having! Players were chosen by answering some extremely challenging trivia questions about BioWare. Our bonzo Communications Associate, Tom Ohle, did the DM'ing for the Friday sessions, and our wacky and crazy Community Manager, Jay Watamaniuk, ran the Saturday sessions. The eager participants, at the Saturday session, had the chance to play Contest of Champions, a module created here at BioWare. They were tough play sessions, but in total six people came out of the trenches winning some cool BioWare swag. Congrats guys!! All in all it was a rocking good time had by everyone involved. Thanks to the organizers at Fragapalooza who invited us to attend, and thanks to the players who sat through the scorching heat, and endured the challenge of Neverwinter Nights!
