Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Release Party

After shipping the highly anticipated Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, BioWare decided it was time to celebrate. On a hot summer evening, we loaded onto some buses and headed down to Edmonton’s gorgeous river valley. Boarding the Edmonton Queen, we were, for a cruise down the North Saskatchewan River.

After Princess Leia herself demonstrated the proper use of life jackets to make sure we were all safe and sound, we set sail. We feasted upon filets of beef and salmon and washed them down with special "Knights of the Old Republic" drinks. Then it was time for cake and speeches in front of the cantina band!

After that it was back to the top deck for the chance to socialize and swap stories of events that occurred during KotOR’s development. Special guests were also present to help celebrate! Cigars and libations were enjoyed late into the evening. (Hopefully you didn’t call us first thing in the morning!)
