The Jade Empire Scream Sessions By Jay Watamaniuk October 8, 2003 Jade Empire is the first game world to be created solely by BioWare, so we feel a very close connection to this game. So special, in fact, we wanted to add a distinctive touch to the recently unveiled Premiere Trailer that was more intimate, more personal than any game we have ever announced before. We are talking about the soul-rattling scream of anguish that the character Furious Ming unleashes after he is tormented by visions of his slain father.
The game trailer features the trained vocal chords of BioWare artist, and lead vocalist for the band "thorazine", Shane Hawco. Shane's is just one of the many screams that actual BioWare staff recorded when the call was put out for those with rage issues to come forward and share their pain. We invite you to enjoy Shane's howl and a montage of the agony captured in the recording sessions with the rest of the BioWare volunteers....
