Submit Your Contest Entry Module

If you have finished and polished your module and are ready to enter it into the contest, please follow these steps carefully:

To enter the contest you must be have a BioWare Community Account.
- If you do not have an account, please sign up; it's free.
- If you already have an account proceed to step 2.
Print a copy of our Product Submission Agreement (PSA).
Write your BioWare Community Name, module title, and current e-mail address in the top left corner of the PSA. (View example.)
Fax your completed PSA to 780-439-6374 or mail it to the BioWare address provided on the PSA. Alternatively, you can scan your signed document and e-mail it to onlinepsa@bioware.com. We will not review any entries without a signed PSA.
Upload your module to the Neverwinter Vault.
Sit back, grab a cool drink, and give yourself a pat on the back for a mission accomplished!

Please note: this contest closes January 30, 2006. Submissions must be in by January 30th, 2006. Winners will be announced the last week of February 2006.

How the Top Entries are Chosen

Eight (8) submissions will be selected in total:

Three (3) modules will be selected by a panel of judges made up of recognized leaders in the community
Five (5) additional modules will be selected based on community votes at NWVault

These eight (8) top entries will be reviewed by BioWare senior staff members Kevin Barrett and James Ohlen with the intent on finding and hiring talented writers. Further interviews and additional samples of your work may be required at the discretion of BioWare.

Those people submitting the selected eight (8) top entries will receive a selection of merchandise from the BioWare Online Store, which includes:

BioWare coffee mug
BioWare wool cap
Jade Empire soundtrack
Jade Empire t-shirt
Copies of all Premium Neverwinter Nights Modules
