Submit Your Contest Entry Module

If you have finished and polished your module (remember, only 1 entry per person, so make sure you're happy with your submission) and are ready to enter it into the contest, please follow these steps carefully:

1. To enter the contest you must be have a BioWare Community Account.
   • If you do not have an account, please sign up; it's free.
   • If you already have an account proceed to step 2.
2. Print a copy of our Product Submission Agreement (PSA).
3. Write your BioWare Community Name, module title, and current e-mail address in the top left corner of the PSA. (View example.)
4. Fax your completed PSA to 780-439-6374 or mail it to the BioWare address provided on the PSA. Alternatively, you can scan your signed document and e-mail it to onlinepsa@bioware.com. In the subject line of your e-mail please put the name of your module.
5. We will not review any entries without a signed PSA. You must submit a PSA to qualify.
6. Upload your module to the Neverwinter Vault (choose the "BioWare World Design Contest" category).
7. Modules cannot be edited beyond the first 24 hours (from the timestamp upon upload) after submission to the Neverwinter Vault. The first 24 hours can be used to make sure the upload of the module worked correctly. After the first 24 hours (by timestamp) any edited modules will be disqualified. Modules submitted on the final day will still have 24 hours from their submission for edits (even after the contest has ended).
8. Sit back, grab a cool drink, and give yourself a pat on the back for a mission accomplished!
