If one of the characters involved in a cutscene was left under the effect of Stealth, it is possible the cutscene dialog may pause for a long period of time. One such case is during the mission on the Leviathan that involves freeing your party members. If you are under the effect of Stealth when you access the computer terminal to free your party, it is quite possible that the cutscene involving Carth that occurs when you leave the Leviathan will not allow you complete the dialogue for a long time, if at all.

How to avoid this issue:

The best way to avoid this issue is to ensure you are not in Stealth mode when you free your party. In general, do not send party members back to the Ebon Hawk to be replaced by someone else while they are in Stealth mode.

You have already hit the issue - what do you do?

1. Reload a savegame from before you freed the party, unstealth your character and then continue with your game.

2. If this is not an option, you can try to increase the Awareness skill (and Wisdom score) of your main character. There is a greater chance you will "see" the stealthed character, and the cutscene will continue as normal.
