Interplay, the publisher of the Baldur's Gate series has chosen to provide only PDF (e-document) manuals. The game manual file should be located in the root directory of the CD-rom. To properly view the file you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

Unfortunately BioWare cannot provide you with replacement game media. If possible return the defective media to the point of purchase for an exchange or if that is not possible attempt to contact the publisher and follow their policies regarding replacement media requests.

Any decision to release the sound track would be the responsibility of he publisher Interplay. BioWare cannot provide downloads of the soundtrack.
